Lotus was born at my mothers dining room table when I was tired of relying on short term solutions when it came to my menstrual health. I began by researching different herbs that could assist with my symptoms and making teas. That was the beginning of LotusPadsCo. Rooted in our four pillars of health, knowledge, freedom and community.
